I wanted a review of the ratemaking process from beginning to end from a high level. This course met all my expectations.

This course was great! I appreciated the hands on examples covered during the cost-of-service and rate design presentations.

Excellent instruction on the basics of ratemaking plus well organized exercises to help apply what we learned.

This course did a great job of balancing general and background information with in-depth FERC ratemaking.

All the speakers were very knowledgeable and presented very well.
