  • Graduate Certificate in Public Utility Regulation & Economics: The Graduate Certificate in Public Utility Regulation and Economics (PURE) is a specialized professional program designed for individuals who hold a bachelor's degree and wish to pursue a career in the utility sector. It is particularly suited for those interested in working with electric utility companies, natural gas utilities, water distribution utilities, or government agencies involved in regulating these types of companies.

Graduate Assistantships: The NMSU Graduate School and Department of Economics has very limited financial support to provide to graduate students.
